Cancellation Policy

At RJ Skin, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared in advance to create a personalized and elevated experience for each guest.

Your reserved treatment time is held exclusively for you, allowing us to provide the attentive care, preparation, and service our atelier is known for.
Because of the time and intention dedicated to each appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients awaiting availability and helps us maintain the seamless experience we strive to provide for everyone.

Policy Overview

24+ Hours Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the reserved time will not incur a fee.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.

Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments canceled on the same day as the reserved service will incur a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service total.

No-Call / No-Show Appointments
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.

Card on File Requirement
A valid card on file may be required to reserve appointments and process any applicable cancellation fees.
